Mike has over 40 years of experience in the valuation of equity and assets of corporations for acquisition or merger, bankruptcy, dissolution, litigation, personal portfolio, reorganization and financial and income tax reporting.
Mike was previously a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps LLC and Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting. Prior to his leadership roles at Duff & Phelps and S&P Corporate Value Consulting, he was a Principal in the Financial Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While serving in these roles, Mike managed these organizations’ valuation practices on both a local and regional basis and rendered expert consultation internationally.
Prior to PwC, he was President and founder of Equest, Inc., a full-service valuation consulting firm offering its clients the equity enhancement strategies necessary to make key business decisions.
Earlier in his career, Mike was Vice President and Division Manager for Professional Services at Valuation Research Corporation. He participated in all phases of valuation services including supervision and direct involvement in studies for determining market value of business enterprise, real and personal property, and identifiable intangibles. Valuations were conducted for ad valorem (property) tax, allocation of purchase price, condemnation proceedings, ESOP’s, estate tax planning, financing, insurable values, corporate, marital, and partnership dissolutions.

- State Courts of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada and Ohio
